Important Update to Our Shipping Process:

We want to let you know that as of January 13th, 2025, we have decided to switch our USPS distribution center from Seattle to Portland. While this wasn’t an easy decision, it’s being made to ensure the safety and health of our fish.

As a result of the extended commute, our shipping window will be adjusted. 

Any orders placed before 12:00 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out that same week.

Any orders placed after 12:00 PM on Tuesday will now be processed the following week.

Please note: this change only applies to our USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping, while UPS Next Day Air shipping will remain the same.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding as we make this change to continue delivering the best fish to your doorstep.
